If either team (OSU or U of O) returns the opening kick-off of the game for an official touchdown during the Oregon vs. Oregon State "Civil War" game, JR Painting will fully refund 100% of its sales of all exterior residential repaints contracted from March 1st, 2011, through May 30th, 2011, in accordance with the official rules of the promotion and terms and conditions.
1. Customer MUST obtain a signed "Certificate of Eligibility" from JR Painting to be included in this promotion.
2. This promotion is limited to the first $100,000.00 in jobs contracted during the promotional time frame of March 1, 2011 and May 30, 2011
3. Touchdown must be made on the opening kickoff of the game.
4. This promotion covers only the Oregon vs. Oregon State "Civil War" game on November 26th, 2011.
5. In the event that this game is postponed to another day, this promotion will cover such postponed game.
6. If the touchdown is officially called back and disallowed for any reason, it will not be covered.
7. Any touchdown covered must be in strict adherence with all NCAA rules and regulations.
8. Customers must contact JR Painting by December 30, 2011 to claim
their rebate.
